He didn't read the crapulus and most Americans didn't pay attention anyway. The problem is really not with the goverment. It lies squarely in the laps of the voters who elect these idiots and they don't bother paying attention to what they do. It's like the child who wants a dog and swears that they will clean up after the dog. Well liberals are the kids and conservatives are the parents.
